Dream Nu Tiers
At Dream Nu we love looking after our loyal consignors: the more you sell with us, the more you earn. Your tier is based on what you've sold in the last 12 months, and you can see your tier and progress anytime in your consignor account or the Dream Nu app.
Dream Nu: 40% store credit or 30% cash
Everyone starts on the Dream Nu tier.
Advantages include:
- No sign-up fees
- 40% of the sale price in store credit, or 30% cash, every time an item sells
Dream BIG ★: 45% store credit or 30% cash
Sell $750 worth of items in any 12 months and you automatically become a Dream BIG member!
Advantages include:
- 45% of the sale price in store credit (or 30% cash)
- Your tier is locked in for 12 months, and every time you hit $750 again, your 12 months starts over
Dream Extreme ✦: 50% store credit or 35% cash
Sell $1,500 worth of items in any 12 months and you automatically become a Dream Extreme member!
Advantages include:
- 50% of the sale price in store credit, or 35% cash
- Your tier is locked in for 12 months, and every time you hit $1,500 again, your 12 months starts over
How To Redeem Your Credit
How You Know You Have Credit
If you have a credit, you will receive an email letting you know a credit has been applied to your account. Credits for sold items are applied to accounts once a month.
Redeeming Credit For In Store Purchases
If you have a credit, it will show on the lower right when you are signed in. You can simply apply your exisiting credit towards any purchase with Dream Nu.
Requesting Paypal Payout Of Earned Credit
While in-store credit always gives you the highest value (40%, 45% or 50% of the sale price, depending on your tier), we understand that sometimes you prefer the cash.
Cash payouts are calculated at 30% of the sale price (35% for Dream Extreme members).
If you have a balance and would like to be paid out via PayPal, please follow these steps:
Fill out the Payout Request Form: (Below)
Confirm your details: Once submitted, keep an eye on your inbox. We will send an email requesting the specific PayPal handle you would like us to credit.
Please Note our Payout Policy:
Monthly Maximum: Our maximum cash payout is A$150 per month, per customer.
Larger Balances: If your requested payout exceeds A$150, the amount will be split. You will receive A$150 this month, and the remainder will be paid the following month.
No Shop Limits: Please remember that there is no limit on using your credit for purchases in our shop! This remains the fastest and most value-efficient way to use your Dream Nu earnings.
