Request  A Bag

Request a Bag Simply by filling out a Customer Bag Request Form, we cover the postage for you to send us your items! Follow the link below to request a bag.

Fill & Send Bag

Once you receive your bag, fill it with your gently used and in good condition clothing. Check our list of Acceptable Brands & Items in the link below.

Earn Money!

Once we receive your items, your we will list your acceptable items and when they sell, your account will be credited. You can either use credits to purchase in our shop or request payout.

All Consigners will start off with the Dream Nu Tier and will get 40% of the sale price when their items sell.

Dream BIG

Dream Big

Once you have consigned with us and have sold $500 worth of items/clothes, you automatically become a Dream Big Member!

Advantages Include:

  • Free Request a Bag Postage 

  • Free Pre-paid postage to send us your items

  • 50% of the proceeds after your items sell. 

  • Photo and Handling Fee Waved*

Dream Extreme

60% of sale of items 

Dream Extreme

Once you have consigned with us and have sold $1000 worth of items/clothes, you automatically become a Dream Extreme Member!

Advantages Include:

  • Free Request a Bag Postage 

  • Free Pre-paid postage to send us your items

  • 60% of the proceeds after your items sell. 

  • Photo and Handling Fee Waved*

*Fee's and Services

For every bag received there will be a $15.00 deficit added to your account for handling of your items in addition to photo's being taken and uploaded onto the website.

This is not a charge to be paid by you upfront, but rather will go against your proceeds of your sold items. 

Only one charge is added per bag of items received and posted online

*This fee is waived for all Dream Big and Dream Extreme Customers who send a bag of at least 10 items to be posted online.

Examples:

A. As a Dream Nu Member, you send in a bag of 10 items and these items are posted online and sell for the total value of $250. Your total will be 40% of the sold items ($100) minus the photo and handling fee of $15, meaning that you will have $85 in your Dream Nu account.

B. As a Dream Big Member, you have listed items that have totalled $500. For those previous items sold, you receive 40% of the sold items ($200) minus the photo and handling fees per bag. From this point on, for all items listed you will receive 50% of sold items and all photo and handling fees will be waived. 

C. You have just sold more over $1000 worth of clothing/items. You were previously a Dream Big Customer and were receiving 50% of the sold items, but now you will receive 60% of the sold items and will still not be charged photo and handling fees.

Have Credit

If you have a credit, you will receive an email letting you know a credit has been applied to your account. Credits for sold items are applied to accounts at the start of every month.

Redeeming Credit For In Store Purchases
If you have a credit, it will show on the lower right when you are signed in. You can simply apply your exisiting credit towards any purchase with Dream Nu.

Requesting Paypal Payout Of Earned Credit
If you have a credit and would like it to be paid out via paypal, please fill out the payout request form and an email will be sent requesting your Paypal handle you prefer to have credited.

Shipping & Returns

Sustainable Shipping

  • At Dream Nu, we believe in sustainable shipping methods that are eco-friendly. We use recycled packaging materials and aim to minimise our carbon footprint.

  • Our shipping costs for purchased items are calculated based on the weight and size of your order and we offer free shipping on domestic orders over $100. We currently only ship domestically, with estimated delivery times of 3-7 business days for orders. 

  • We cover the shipping costs for you to send us items. A Bag Request form must first be filled out so we can send the correct pre-paid bag to you. 

 

  • Please note that we don't cover the shipping cost for items that are not accepted or sold during the allotted time to be sent back to you.

 

  • Dream Nu Pty Lmd does not accept all items for consignment. If you are sending an item that you are not sure about, please refer to our acceptable brands and items. If you do not see your brand, please email us at admin@dreamnu.com.au to see if it is an acceptable brand.  If you would still prefer to have unaccepted clothing sent back to you, please send us an email with your request knowing that the post will be charged to your account. Unaccepted clothing and items in addition to items not sold online during the allotted time will be sent to one of our chosen charities below.

Returns & Exchanges

  • We understand that sometimes you may change your mind about a purchase or be dissatisfied with a product. At Dream Nu, we offer hassle-free returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at admin@dreamnu.com.au. Please note that all items must be in new, unused condition with tags attached. Shipping costs for returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the customer. At Dream Nu, we pride ourselves on the quality of our merchandise and ensure that all items are thoroughly inspected before shipping. However, if you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receipt and we will gladly assist you with a return or exchange.
