  • How do I 'Request A Bag' or send my own parcel?
    We proudly cover the shipping costs for you to send us your gently loved clothing. If you prefer to pay postage yourself, please feel free to do so and send to the below address. Please note if you send your own parcel, we don't credit your shipping costs to you. Send Your Own Parcel Feel free to post your gently loved clothes to the following address. Please note that we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages in transit. Dream Nu PO BOX 3097 Loganholme, QLD 4129 Request A Bag (Free of charge) If you request a bag, we will send you a pre-paid satchel for you to fill with your gently loved clothing. In order to receive the pre-paid bag, please fill out the Bag Request Form below or on our website. https://www.dreamnu.com.au/request-a-bag * Please note that all items must be free of stains and/or damage. DreamNu accepts less than half of the inventory received due to stains, so please inspect and take into consideration before sending!
  • Does my store credit expire?
    We offer both store credit in addition to Paypal payout. If an account is not touched for more than 18 months, we will reach out to see if you would like us to payout or donate your proceeds to one of our charities. Please note we send an email every time you have store credit, so ensure that your email is up to date and our emails are not going to junk. We will also try calling and/or texting if an account goes 18 months with having untouched funds in it. After the 18 months and us trying to reach out, we will go ahead and donate these funds to charity.
  • How do I open an account with DreamNu?
    You can open an account to buy or sell simply by going to "Log In", if you don't have an existing account, you can create a log in and account.
  • What if I have more than 30 Items to send?
    If you have more than 30 Items to send, please fill out an additional form for the appropriate number of clothing. In some instances, I may still only send the X-Large bag to see if you can still fit your items in and to see how much is left for me to send the appropriate send bag through.
  • How to Redeem Credit for my sold items?
    Redeeming Credit For In Store Purchases: If you have a credit, it will show on the lower right when you are signed in. You can simply apply your exisiting credit towards any purchase with Dream Nu. Requesting Paypal Payout Of Earned Credit: If you have a credit and would like it to be paid out via paypal, please fill out the payout request form and an email will be sent requesting your Paypal handle you prefer to have credited.   • How to know if I have credit from sold items? When do I receive credit from sold items?
    How You Know You Have Credit? If you have a credit, you will receive an email letting you know a credit has been applied to your account. Credits for sold items are applied to accounts at the start of every month.
  • What brands and type of items are accepted?
    Brands- There are too many to list, but we only accept designer brands or name brand clothing of quality in gently loved condition.   • How do I add a new question & answer?
    To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.
  • How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?
    You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
  • Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?
    Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.
